Generator Assembly

TRU BLU POWER PAK, 11kva, 50 Hz, 3 phase consisting of:-

• Kubota/Yanmar 1500rpm, 3 or 4 cyl. Diesel, direct coupled to Stamford/ Mecalte alternator.
• 100lt. overhead fuel tank (capacity can be varied) approx. 50hr/6day light operation.
• 12v. modular DC control box with emergency shutdown, oil, temp. & charge.
• R.C.D. & circuit breaker protected switches, 415v outlet.
• Cabinet is self contained, safety regulated, lockable, with noise level of 72db @ 2m.
• Optional 240v/10a outlets available with 4 cyl. engines. (Stand alone model).

This unit can be made as a stand alone unit thus allowing full utilization separately from the lighting tower, if required. [remove and replace-- 45mins.]

Lighting

• 3 x 2000w metal halide luminaries, output 600,000 lumens.
• Each luminaire assembly manually adjustable through horizontal and vertical planes.
• Total light assembly can be rotated through 360 degrees.
• Each luminar is modular, no qualified electrician for fitting.
• Wiring enclosed within heavy duty, uv rated, flexible conduit.
• All A/C electrics are I.P23 to I.P56 rated.
• Lights can be used safely off mains power direct. (Stand alone genset models only)
• Lights useable in fully up or fully down position (tunnel work) or anywhere in between.
• Approx illumination 45-50 lux @ 120m (business card can be read at this distance)

Chassis

• All steel construction, hi tensible bolting, nyloc nutting.
• Heavy duty suspension, mechanical brakes & handbrake.
• HQ 14” wheels fitted with light truck, steel belted radial tyres.
• Landcruiser wheels and tyres (optional extra).
• Retractable, wind up front stabilizer wheel, combined with manually pinned adjustable front & rear stabilizer legs.
• Ball or ring pull tow hitch.
• ADR compliant (ready for rego if required).

Tower Mast

• 3 stage, 9mt high, 3mt closed (extension for top light extra)
• Mechanical/hydraulic lifting assembly, powered by hydraulic pact, with single acting ram, fitted with in line safety lock
• Heavy duty construction with easy knockdown assembly.
• Tilt over mast optional extra (hi-wall mining, wharf operations, train culvert work).

Hydraulics

• 12v DC hydraulic power pack with single stage ram for raising tower mast. (Tilt-over models use similar pack).
• Safety lift lock/restrictor valves are fitted for service work & smooth safe operations.
